After waiting the required 60 days from the October 17th legalization date, the sale of cannabis derivatives such as cannabis-infused vape devices, extracts, and edibles starts in earnest today. Companies are said to be starting off with a slow and deliberate process of releasing products to be sure they are correctly targeting what consumers are most interested in.

Illinois is erasing weed convictions as part of the state’s recent legalization of recreational cannabis. Recreational pot becomes legal in the state on January 1st, 2020 and in many cases, Illinois is removing marijuana-related offenses from criminal records.
It is exciting to be part of the revolution of change in the cannabis industry. Cannabis legalization is sweeping over North America with 10 states plus Washington, D.C. having legalized recreational marijuana over the last few years, with full legalization in Canada in October of 2018. These steps are a game changer for the Cannabis Industry!
